This year we are offering 6 teams that you can sign up to and be part of! You can join one team and invest in it for the full week or, if you fancy a change, you can swap half way through. Each team is led by 2-4 leaders, who you can see pictured below alongside a general description of what it would look like to be part of each team.
Here are our confirmed 2020 Teams from June Project!

Creative and Baking Teams
|
Creative:
This team design community projects, such as murals, to engage with people through art. They are also in charge of decorating the prayer room and the venues for the evening entertainment. Baking: This team provides baked goods to give out to the evangelism team and generally to bless the local community. We also leave baked goods in houses that the maintenance teams have been working on and we give them freely to local businesses. |
Maintenance Team
This team is partnering with many local organisations such as Abigail housing, Regents terrace and the council to work on projects ranging from large scale gardening, litter picking and graffiti removal. If you fancy a super varied week spent outdoors and you don't mind heavy lifting or the rain, this is the team for you! |

Nocturnal Team : returning for JP2020!
Spend 3 or 4 nights out and about after midnight loving on the nightlife of Leeds. Red Frogs is a new JP partner organisation who go weekly into Leeds' clubs and run outreach events such as 'Pancakes in Prysm'; they feed the hungry students and tell them about Jesus at the same time!
If you join the nocturnal team, we want to make every effort to make sure you really feel part of the whole JP experience- despite the alternative schedule you'll be working on - and so you would be so welcome to attend every meal and to join other projects during the day if you wanted.
